Welcome to the American Women’s League (AWL) in Kuwait!

AWL in Kuwait strives to foster and encourage social, educational, cultural and philanthropic activities among its members, in order to attain a positive living experience in Kuwait.

AWL has been supporting American women in Kuwait since 1963. AWL was started by a group of ladies who wanted to share ideas and interests, participate in social and cultural activities and become acquainted with the customs and culture of the Kuwait community. And over the years AWL has evolved into a diverse and dynamic group of women continuing to support these same ideals.

Our membership today includes both American ladies as well as Nationals from all over the world.  We continue to encourage ladies to get involved in our active committees and enjoy the various events that include monthly socials, awareness events, and more.
