GDPR stands for the General Data Protection Regulation, and this is a European Union law that relates to privacy and data protection of individuals residing in the EU. The GDP Regulation was adopted by the EU on April 27, 2016 and it comes into force from May 25, 2018. Indezine.com is entirely committed to be fully compliant with GDPR. In fact, we are entirely compliant, as you can find within our Privacy Policy page.
As already mentioned in our Privacy Policy page, we may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our site.
Any information that is filled inside a form other than for subscribing to a newsletter is not saved on our online servers. The form data may be sent as an email to us, and we reply to those emails. So that data is equivalent to a user sending us an email.
