Multiscreen digital signage is when you have your messages or any other content shown on more than one screen in your facility. This approach ensures that your messages and information can be seen throughout your facility so that you can keep all your employees, management, and patrons informed. Multiscreen digital signage is also used when you have more information than can be shown on one screen, such as a restaurant showing its entire menu or a large conference center showing many events.

Companies can’t afford to mislead their customers and the public—willingly or otherwise. Doing so can lead to severe fines and a drastic loss in revenue as fleeing customers look elsewhere for substitutes. However, by investing in a powerful presentation management solution, organizations can ensure that everyone in the company is on the same page, all the time—even when they’re rushing to complete a presentation or are working on a different continent.

Do you want to export your Powerpoint slides into a PDF before sharing it with others? Saving a PowerPoint presentation as a PDF has its pros and cons. The biggest advantage is that recipients won’t be able to edit your slides, and also that you can embed fonts easily. An even better advantage is that you may use PDFs as a substitute for creating drafts or finished slides, rather than using printouts, thus saving so much paper. Disadvantages include that you cannot be entirely multimedia-friendly, because it's not easy or simple to end up with animated PDFs, or even create PDFs with audio and video clips. Whatever your thoughts may be, PowerPoint makes it very easy to create PDFs.
