Introduction

Corel Presentations is the new 'avatar' of the erstwhile WordPerfect Presentations, which in turn emerged from a drawing program called DrawPerfect. With such a hallowed past in the precincts of design, and add to that Corel's graphical prowess, it's no surprise that this is a very capable product on the Windows and Linux platforms.

The product is available as part of Corel's Office suites. Corel also allows a free download of an advertiser-supported version from their site. But be warned, it's a huge download!

Companion Programs

Microsoft Camcorder, Lotus ScreenCam and TechSmith's Camtasia all screen capture any Corel Presentations presentation into a video file, which can be recorded to VHS or VCD.
