The Developer tab of the Ribbon is chock-a-block of options that let you play with VBA programming, macros, and ActiveX controls. The last option allows you to Insert a Flash movie in PowerPoint 2007. By default, the Developer tab is not visible (as shown in Figure 1), and can be turned on (or off) by following the subsequent steps:

There's no Developer tab in the Ribbon by default

Tip: If the Developer tab is indeed visible in your Ribbon, you need not enable it.
  1. Choose Office Button | PowerPoint Options, to bring up a dialog box of the same name.
  2. In the Popular tab (on the left pane), select the check-box that says Show Developer tab in the Ribbon as shown highlighted in red within Figure 2.
  3. Check the option to show the Developer tab

Feature List 01 (Layout with Tabs)

The Feature List Layout comprises three sample PowerPoint presentations: one each to create a visual list for 4 features, 5 features, and 6 features. These work great when you have too much information to fit within one slide. This solution lets you use multiple slides, but the visual result is still that of one single slide!
